Tip 213C, Subdivision Process and Requirements

Summary: The subdivision application process consists of two distinct phases; the preliminary subdivision application process and the final plat review and approval process. The Department of Planning and Development (DPD) is the lead for the first phase of a subdivision application (the preliminary subdivision), and Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) is the lead for the second phase (the final plat).
