Summary: This Tip is designed to help applicants meet the requirements for permeable pavement associated with stormwater code compliance. Tip 533 provides design, sizing, construction, inspection, and maintenance guidelines for all projects on private property with less than 10,000 square feet of new plus replaced impervious surface. Projects exceeding 5,000 square feet of new plus replaced impervious surface (including permeable pavement) must be stamped by a licensed civil engineer.
