Director's Rules

Effective Date:
Number of Pages:
This rule interprets Land Use Code (Title 23)
Director’s Rules 10-87 and 12-87 prohibit the use of the lot boundary adjustments to effect major changes to lot configurations, or to adjust lot lines straddled by structures. These rules are repealed as being inconsistent with the Washington Supreme Court decision in Seattle v. Crispin.

We publish official legal notice for all Director’s Rules in Seattle's Daily Journal of Commerce.
