This house appears to be South Park's only brick, Tudor Revival cottage - an extremely popular mid-20th Century house type. Maggie Craven held titlte in 1937.
 
Appearance
Unusual for the South Park neighborhood, this Tudoresque brick cottage is el-shaped and has a gable roof. An exterior brick chimney rises on the east façade. Windows are wood frame double hung sash with leaded glass in the upper lights of the windows on the southern elevation. The house commands a prominent corner lot and along with its plantings contributes to the historic streetscape.
