Significance
Further evaluation of this building may yield information regarding the rich ethnic history of this traditionally Japanese/American neighborhood. This building appears to be one the the few Japanese-inspired architectural examples left in the area.
 
Appearance
This is a simple two story frame apartment building. It is characteriaed by a pent roof that wraps the façade. It is clad in pressed metal shingles made to appear as tile. A galleried wing extends to the rear. There are few windows on secondary elevations but six one over one double hung window sash at the second level on the primary façade. It has a center entrance.
