Notable building constructed in 1916 as a garage for Mary Liebeck.  Designed by Sonke E. Sonnichsen, designer of the 1915 Norway Hall. Was converted to a commercial linen warehouse in 1944 by architect J. Lister Holmes. It has an unusual curved corner entrance bay and brick cladding with extensive ceramic tile trim.  It is significant for its design and its association with Seattle's "Auto Row,"  and has been determined eligible for listing in the National Register.
