| Appearance |
| This cottage is 25' X 28' with a rear addition. It is unique in South Park. The side gable roof has a gabled, front facing dormer and the el-shaped porch is inset under the roofline. It is supported by simple square posts. A saw-tooth pattern sawn board decorates the porch roofline. Windows are one over one double hung sash. |
