Significance
This house was noted in the 1979 historic resources survey as a good example of a Tudor Craftsman house. It has the half timbering commonly seen in Tudor houses, but with an overall simplicity of line and lack of detail that is more typical of the Craftsman style. The clinker brick is also an important Craftsman feature. The house has added skylights and a greenhouse.
