Appearance
One of a pair (the other is 1037 S Donovan ST) this house incorporates the traditional one & 1/2 story gable front vernacular form and modest Queen Anne details. It has a full width inset porch which shelters an asymmetrical entrance and a three-sided bay window. The center window of the bay has leaded glass in the upper light and the house has a paneled Victorian door with a single upper light. Windows are one over one double hung wooden sash. This house and its setting contribute to the historic streetscape.
