Significance
This building is the location of Seattle's first Quaker Church. The congregaiton built this building in 1907. (see also 2315 Spruce Street.)
 
Appearance
A simple, classical design, this Greek Revival Church is characterized by a strong front facing gable roof with full width inset porch supported by four columns; 2 Ionic and 2 Doric. Clad in brick; it has masonry keystones above each window and masonry lintels below. The original buiding is rectangular but subsequent additions have created a T-shaped mass.
