Significance
This building is an excellent example of late 19th century flats and apartment buildings. It offers us information about multifamily housing and residential development in Seattle.
 
Appearance
This apartment building is wood frame with weatherboard siding. The strictly symmetrical façade, bold cornice and dentil molding are characteristic of neoclassical revival structures while the first floor, bracketed cutaway bays are characteristic of the Queen Anne style.
