Significance
This very modest brick building was built in 1914, perhaps as a garage or auto-related business. It had a prominent gabled parapet with stucco facing. In 1937 it was the National Air Conditioning Institute, probably used as offices and warehouse. It had a single front entry with three large display windows with operable transoms. After sitting vacant for years, it has recently been remodeled with new display windows for use as a condo presentation center.
