Significance
Originally part of a tiny complex, which also included a three room cottage, a barn and a garden, this house reminds us of South Park's agrarian beginnings. It is also an interesting local adaptation fo the bungalow form.
 
Appearance
This house is a modest Craftsman bungalow. Narrow beveled siding covers the house as well as the porch columns. Exposed rafter ends and eight over one cottage windows provide detail. The gabled center porch has been enclosed with plate glass.
