Based on field work conducted in October 2014, this historic property retains its relationship to the streetscape, historic building form and a sufficient amount of exterior historic building fabric (design features, cladding and/or window sash/openings) to contribute to the distinct character of the University Park neighborhood. This is an altered but relatively intact historic property that may possess some limited architectural and/or historic significance. 
 
Appearance
Distinguishing features of this 1 1/2-story vernacular Craftsman-style residence: gable front roof with wide overhangs, wide barge boards and exposed rafter ends, wide gable front porch roof, narrow clapboard siding, large picture window on front facade with diamond pattern transoms, hanging bay on south facade windows in gable end newer but opening intact.
