Appearance
(Note similarities to 517 and 521 21st Avenue.) This two story frame dwelling is an excellent example of a modest Queen Anne residence. Characteristic of the style, virtually every surface is treated to textural detail. The main mass is gabled two story el with a one-story wing to the rear. An exaggerated shed roof shelters the front entrance in the el. The gable and shed ends are covered in patterned shingles. A front facing cutaway bay has corner brackets, wood panel and bullseye decoration. The porch has turned posts and spoolwork. Old photos indicate that a three part decorative window on the second floor has been replaced with two one over one double hung windows.
