This house is included in the inventory as an example of the modest vernacular cottages that dotted the hillside east of 23rd Avenue in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Many of the cottages still exist but have been altered beyond the point or recognition.

This is a simple one story hipped roof box with two over two double hung wooden windows and a center entrance with no porch . The horizontal wooden siding is covered for the most part with new siding. Set on a steep slope, it has a basement to the east and a shed roof addition to the rear. |
