Appearance |
This is a variation of the one and 1/2 story gable front vernacular house type. It embodies the characteristics of the type including sparse windows, asymmetrical entrance and full width hipped porch. This house is large enough, however, to accommodate pairs of one over one windows on the second floor façade. The porch is supported by partial height round columns resting on balustrade clad in horizontal siding to match the house. |
