Historic Name: Lewis Casing Company Common Name: Kaye-Smith Enterprises
Style: Commercial Neighborhood: Belltown
Built By: Year Built: 1919

Significance
This two-story brick building was constructed in 1919, and appears to have had light manufacturing/wholesale uses for many years. In 1937 it was the Lewis Casing Company, providing butchers' supplies including sausage casings and display cases. It was later the Driver Manufacturing Company. It is surprisingly intact, as the windows have been updated in a style similar to the original, retaining the divided-light transoms. One bay has been converted to a large recessed entry with oak doors and surrounds.
