Appearance
This house is one of a pair (the other is next west and greatly altered) of bungalows executed in the Craftsman style with Tudor Revival overtones. The house has a broad, front-facing gable with a smaller asymmetrical entrance porch that mimics the roofline. Stucco in the gable ends and on the shed dormer combines with elongated knee braces to create a Tudor effect. Asbestos siding covers the rest of the house. Windows are one over one wooden sash and fixed diamond shaped windows decorate the gable. Porch posts are battered and rest on handrails of siding material. This house contributes to the historic streetscape.
