This multi-family building group was built in 1992 with the approval of the Columbia City Review Committee and Seattle Landmarks Preservation Board.
 
Appearance
These six, two-story multi-family dwellings are of wood frame construction and are supported by concrete foundations. The buildings have rectangular plans and side gable roofs with front gables wings. The buildings are situated in two rows of three, with the front and rear buildings connecting. The fenestration consists of sliding windows and doors. Balconies are located on the second floor, next to the front gable wings.
