|
This house is one of a cohesive row of early 20th century vernacular dwellings built in 1908 and 1909 by Z. A. Harrison. The houses are important as a unit because they enhance our knowledge of residential development in Seattle and the evolution of vernacular architecture. This house contributes to the historic streetscape of the north side of the 200 block of 17th Avenue South.
According to tax records, Chiyoko Hino acquired this house in 1936.
