Appearance |
In its original condition, this house displayed all the decoration usually associated with the Queen Anne style including patterned shingles, multipaned decorative windows and sawnwork. It retains its identifying form; that is a steeply hipped roof with gable projections, asymmetrical pedimented entrance and corner bay. It also retains perforated barge boards and a decorative false balcony. Vinyl siding covers surface patterns, however, and windows have been replaced albeit with some sympathy to the character of the house. |
