Significance
Although the initial part of this building is said to date from 1904, the façade looks like a fairly intact 1920s commercial building, with a stepped parapet and large display windows with transoms. Cladding is tan brick with red brick accent bands. The north and rear elevations are highly altered, with newer windows and vertical board cladding. The building was altered in 1944, with an addition on the north side. At that time it was a factory, and it was later a sheet metal shop, the Haworth Furnace Company.
