Significance
This 3-story brick-clad building was built in 1925, one of the larger commercial buildings in the vicinity at the time. It was the System Transfer and Storage warehouse with steel industrial windows, a large garage door for trucks, and two storefronts. Belltown was a good location for businesses like this that needed space for trucks and storage, along with proximity to downtown. It has been significantly modernized, with all new windows and storefronts, including a recessed main entry.
