This eclectic house is a good example of a vernacular interpretation of popular late 19th and early 20th century styles. It offers information about Seattle's architectural and residential development.
 
Appearance
This two story, hipped roof dwelling is a "foursquare" form elaborated with neoclassical and Queen Anne details. It is characterized by an octagonal porch supported by slender classical columns. A center dormer takes the same shape as the porch.
