Historic Name: Unknown Common Name:

Significance
This is a good example of late 19th/early 20th century vernacular architecture. It contributes to our knowledge of the architectural and residential development in Seattle. It and its setting contribute to the historic streetscape.

Appearance
This is a simple one and 1/2 story gable front house type with gable wing to the north. A shed porch fills the el and gives access to the asymmetrical entrance. Windows have one over one double hung sashes and molded frames. The focal point of the otherwise plain house is a three sided bay window projection on the façade; no doubt influenced by stylish Queen Anne houses of the period.
