This stately Craftsman Tudor was built in 1911 for John A. Gilmore. It was owned by Pilgrim Congregational Church from 1950 until 1966, presumably used as accommodations for the minister and his family.

| Appearance |
| This is an excellent example of a Tudor Craftsman house, with a clinker brick base and stucco on the upper levels. It has a side gable form with twin gabled bays on the front, with half timbering; an open porch at the third story extends between the gables. The bays project slightly over the first story and are supported by bracets. A large dormer sits behind the porch. The entry porch projects in the center of the façade; its flat roof is supported by square brick piers and serves as still another porch, accessed from a door on the second story. Windows are large one-over-one sash. |
