Significance

This historic property was identified in the 1997 HRI; however, based on field work conducted in September 2014 it has been demolished and is no longer extant.

 
Appearance
Queen Anne cottage style house with a basement and asbestos cladding, hip roof, composition roofing, and a poured concrete foundation. Windows are leaded, dimaond pattern cottage type. There is a cut-away porch and a double chimney at roof ridge.
