Significance
This is a good example of late 19th/early 20th century vernacular architecture. It contributes to our knowledge of the architectural and residential development of Seattle. It and its setting contribute to the historic streetscape.
 
Appearance
This is a well preserved one and 1/2 story gable front cottage elaborated with Queen Anne detail. It has an inset corner porch offset by a cutaway bay. The porch is supported by turned posts with spindle work balustrade. The entrance has a Victorian cottage door next to a small decorative window. The house is clad in horizontal siding and has wooden shingles in the gable.
