Based on field work conducted in September 2014, this historic property retains its relationship to the streetscape, historic building form and a sufficient amount of exterior historic building fabric (design features, cladding and/or window sash/openings) to contribute to the distinct character of the Georgetown neighborhood.

This is an altered but relatively intact historic property that may possess some limited architectural and/or historic significance. Due to its construction date (age), design character and/or condition limited historical research has been undertaken regarding this property. This property exhibits substantive changes to the exterior appearance since it was identified in the 1997 HRI project: original windows appear to have been replaced. 
 
Appearance
Tight eaves and rake. Scallop at gable end. Open porch with simple wood 4 X 4 posts. Most windows are fixed multi-light and double-hung on the SE side. Brick Chimney. Basement. Garage at the alley that is similar in character to the house.
