Significance
This one-story commercial building was built in 1946 and housed three businesses at that time-- the Empire Children's Wear Company, Western Electric and the Homer Rosener Company. The windows were altered in 1952 when it became the Northern School Supply Company, and appear to have been altered again more recently.
 
Appearance
This one-story building is of concrete construction with stucco cladding on the front. The front has two recessed entries with wood double doors and four-light transoms. One entry has been modernized, along with the display windows. The south elevation appears intact, with a small loading dock and metal industrial sash windows. There is a stucco clad chimney near the center of the building.
