This house was built in 1910 according to the King County Assessor Property Characteristics Report, and in 1908 according to the King County Property Record Card (c. 1938-1972). The owner at the time of construction, the designer and the builder are unknown because the original permit has not yet been located. The front porch was added to the residence in 1912 and enclosed at some point after the house was surveyed by the Assessor in 1937. The basement garage was added in 1945.
