This house is significant as one of the few houses in South Park which retains its identity as a vernacular Queen Anne residence. Set on a large parcel, the property is characterized in early tax descriptions by its fruit trees. Some of these trees still exist reminding us that this block of South Park remained in small farms until the mid-20th Century.
Roy Larsen held title to this house at one point early in the Century.

| Appearance |
| This is a two story vernacular interpretation of the Queen Anne style. It has a steeply pitched gable roof, narrow beveled siding and one over one double hung wooden sash. Queen Anne details include decorative wooden shingles in the gables, a hipped roof bay on the western elevation, a Victorian paneled door and an L-shaped, hipped entrance porch supported by turned posts. It is one of the only surviving, intact examples of this type in South Park. It is sited close to the sidewalk on a busy street of commercial and residential structure. |
