Based on field work conducted in September 2014, this historic property retains its relationship to the streetscape, historic building form and a sufficient amount of exterior historic building fabric (design features, cladding and/or window sash/openings) to contribute to the distinct character of the Georgetown neighborhood.

Due to its construction date (age), design character and/or condition no historical research has been undertaken regarding this property.

 
Appearance
This property has been heavily renovated since it was identified in the 1997 HRI project.

(1997) Exposed rafter ends. Wide overhanging eaves. Double hung windows with tails. Panel (glazed) doors. Shed porch roof added. May be a duplex? Red brick chimney. House was likely moved to this site.
