Appearance |
This house is an interesting clumsily proportioned interpretation of the bungalow form. It has an exceptionally broad front facing gable roof and an atypical full-width hipped roof porch. The porch posts are slightly battered wooden columns resting on hand rails made of clipboard siding to match the house. Knee braces decorate the gable. Original siding is obscured by new vinyl siding. This house and its setting contribute to the historic streetscape. |
