The southernmost building was originally a frame storefront with stepped parapet (typical of late 19th and early 20th Century commercial buildings), which housed the Owl's Club, a beer parlor. The northern building was a residential structure. The beer parlor had been remodeled into a church by 1945.
 
Appearance
This religious complex is composed of two unadorned wood frame buildings. They are both one story and both have gable roofs. The southern most building has a gabled roof entrance porch and its original windows have been replaced. The northern most building is an el-shaped cottage that has been stripped of detail.
