Significance
This small building was constructed in 1947 as a factory for Pittsburgh Testing Laboratory. At that time, it was a simple Roman brick-clad concrete structure with large display windows. It was later remodeled, with stucco cladding with horizontal bands and an arched entry. The windows have also been replaced.
