Appearance
This simple one & 1/2 story folk house has a bungalow form with front facing gable and inset corner porch. Virtually unembellished, except for contemporary decorative shutters, the house has interesting, slightly flared eaves. Siting is also interesting. Set high above the street, the house has steep concrete steps that rise from an old retaining wall at the sidewalk. A small garage is burrowed into the hillside in front of the house. The house and its site contribute to the historic streetscape.
