Little is know of the history of this simple but intact house. It was built in 1903, in an early plat, platted by Lincoln Pontius in 1883. The first identified owner is H. D. Brew, who purchased it in 1929. Manuel D. Estaban bought the house in 1961. The house has a somewhat unusual form, with a hipped roof, corner entry and front gable.
