Significance
This is one of the older buildings in the vicinity, built in 1910. Its early use is not clear; in the 1930s it housed a restaurant, but it probably also had residential uses on the second story. The storefronts or entries that were probably along the street frontage have been eliminated and the main entry is now on the rear, facing a parking lot. The building has wood cladding and new windows with shutters.
