This traditional folk house offers us information about late 19th Century housing in South Park. It also contributes to the historic streetscape. One of the owners was S. L. Bullock who purchased the property in 1930.
 
Appearance
This house is representative of the one & 1/2 story gable front vernacular houses common to South Park. It has a steeply pitched roof with a gable dormer to the east. A full width hipped porch shelters an asymmetrical entrance and a large multi-pane over one decorative window. The front door is a paneled Victorian door with one upper light. Porch columns and spindles are simple square wooden posts. This house contributes to the hisotric streetscape.
