This house is composed of an eclectic mix of turn of the century style. The footprint of this structure suggests a bungalow scheme. However, the slight adjustment to the roof plane near the middle of the structure suggests that the house was expanded. The roof shift could also suggest a slightly "L" shaped floorplan which, when combined with the pent, the enclosed soffits, and tall windows suggests Queen Anne antecedents. The side entry appears to be an later, though perhaps still relatively early, adjustment to the scheme.
