This vernacular house is a repition of 210 17th Avenue South. It is a simple expression of the Dutch colonial Revival style and because it was originally shingled was an acknowledgment of the popular Shingle style. Front and side gambrels are unembellished. The full width inet porch has a false open eave with exposed rafter ends and is supported by classical columns set on balustrade which matches the house. The house is now clad in vinyl.
