Based on field work conducted in October 2014, this historic property retains its relationship to the streetscape, historic building form and a sufficient amount of exterior historic building fabric (design features, cladding and/or window sash/openings) to contribute to the distinct character of the University Park neighborhood.

This is a particularly well-preserved historic property that appears to possess architectural and/or historic significance. It's current use is rooming house. 

 
Appearance
Two story, brick clad, hip roofed, wide eaves, exposed rafter ends, projecting flat roofed porch with heavy brick piers, balcony and brick balustrade above, poured concrete porch and steps with wrought iron railing, windows in groupings of two and three, wide wood frames, some fixed, some casements with transoms, upper windows new in original openings.
