Significance
This solid brick building was originally a garage and later used as a warehouse. When it was built in 1918 it was one of the earlier and larger garages in the area. By 1938 it was the Pacific Truck Express garage, which may have been used to distribute films throughout the Northwest. In 1948 there were four related tenants: Inland Northwest Film Service, Local Film Delivery, Northwest Film Service and, to round it out, a wholesale popcorn company. It was later converte to office use, with the garage door replaced.
 
Appearance
This building was notable for its large folding wood garage door in the center of the front façade, and the expanses of multipaned windows. These were all removed to convert the building to office use, with a modern recessed entry, modern display windows throughout and a brick planter along the front.
