Appearance
This Craftsman cottage has a broadly pitched gable roof with an asymmetrical gabled dormer. The wide, open eaves have exposed rafter ends and the proch is further embellished with knee braces. The monumental porch is supported by battered posts resting on brick piers. Gable ends of the house are decorated with coursed shingles. The house and its setting, except for the chain-link fence, contribute to the historic streetscape.
