Early ownership history is unknown. William W. and Ida W. Morgan purchased the house in 1921. The Morgans lived in the house from 1920 to the late 1930s. William W. Morgan was a salesman for Frye Co. during the 1920s. Morgan was the deputy King County Assessor from the late 1920s to approximately 1936.   Appearance This one story vernacular house is of wood frame construction and is supported by a concrete foundation. The house has a rectangular plan and a hip roof form. The house features a full-width hip roof porch supported by slender wood columns. A hip roof dormer is centered on the front elevation. Gable dormers are located on both side elevations. The house is clad in composition shakes. The fenestration consists of one-over-one single hung windows. The front entrance is flanked by a bay window to the west and a single window to the east. A fixed pane window is located in the front dormer. A brick chimney is located on the east side elevation.
