Summary for 1910 N 44th ST N / Parcel ID 4083300060 / Inv #

Historic Name: Common Name:
Style: Arts & Crafts - Craftsman, Queen Anne Neighborhood: Wallingford
Built By: Year Built: 1910

Significance
This house was built in 1910 according to the King County Assessor Property Characteristics Report, and in 1908 according to the King County Property Record Card (c. 1938-1972). The owner at the time of construction, the designer, and the builder are unknown because the original permit has not yet been located. The front porch was partially enclosed at some point after 1958 (probably in 1975, according to the permit record) and the proch fenestration was modified at that time. The east side, shed-roofed dormer may be an addition; it does not appear in photographs of the house made in 1937 and 1958 (though it should be noted that these photographs do not provide a clear view of the east side of the house).
