This house is a traditional vernacular form and thus offers us information about the development of folk housing but it is more significant for its associatons with the small farming and orchard activities that characterized early South Park and the Italian community that farmed this valley. J. Del. Piero, executor, acquired title to this property in 1927.
 
Appearance
This house is a traditional vernacular form; a simple rectangular box with a hipped roof and center chimney. The full width porch is inset under the roofline and is upported by unembellished square posts. Balustrade is made of siding to match the house. Wood shingles were installed over the original siding after 1937.
