These buildings, each a single story, three-unit dwelling, are connected by a breezeway at the rear elevation. The buildings are of wood frame construction and are supported by concrete foundations. The buildings have a rectangular plans and flat roofs with wide eaves. The cladding consists of brick veneer and cedar siding. The fenestration consists of sliding windows. The three doors, on both main, facing, elevations, are flanked with windows.
